Are your perfumes 100% authentic?

Yes. We exclusively sell 100% authentic perfumes, sourced directly from the brands or their official retailers. Every fragrance is selected with a strong focus on quality, authenticity, and integrity. If you wish, you are always welcome to verify this with the brand — and we are here to support you every step of the way.
How long is the delivery time within Sweden?

We typically deliver within 1–4 business days in Sweden. Once your order has been shipped, you will always receive tracking information for full transparency.
What applies regarding returns and the right of withdrawal?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation. To be approved for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned.

Yes. Payment at Scentbay is safe and secure. Our webshop is powered by Shopify, one of the world's most reputable e-commerce platforms, which meets high security standards. We offer secure payments via Klarna as well as other payment services such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Your payment details are always encrypted and never shared with us.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over 799 kr within Sweden. For orders under 799 kr, a shipping fee of 49 kr applies with PostNord. All shipping costs are always clearly displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.
